               These days it's not uncommon to deal with as many as 4 or 5 people and maybe a sub-contractor or two when making a purchase in this field,  whether it's from a water treatment outfit or a department store.  Not so with AFS  I DO EVERYTHING MYSELF AND NEVER HIRE A THIRD PARTY CONTRACTOR. 

            I realize your time is important and no one wants to deal with sub-contractors,  high pressure salespersons,  or waiting for office help to relay or delay messages,  not to mention a Service Department that doesn't show up or shows up late  (they always do).   We don't have problems,  "I am " the Service Department.        

                                                                 WHY AFS

                I offer the newest technology in water Softening today, "The PRO-CHARGER power valve"  It's years ahead in design compared to everything else offered.   Designed by top engineers with decades of water treatment drafting skills,  it's the only unit to date that has eliminated drive gears!   The power head on top of any Water Conditioner sold today has as many as 12 plastic or steel gears that strip,  chip,  crack, warp and wear out or become misaligned.  This problem has plagued conditioners for decades,  and has caused premature failure sometimes within the first year of operation.  If your power head fails during the last cycle it can also cause a flood or a $400 -900+ water bill which is a very common occurance on customers that pay for water.  Our new revoulutionary "pro-charger" is the only conditioner power head without gears!  It utilizes a single laser eye that directs a beam of light to a single cam that drives the multi cycle power head. This innovation has made all other Softeners obsolite by design!    Yesteryears problems are now engineered out. 

               The second biggest problem over the years has been the electronics  exposed to high humid conditions (Florida) and about 10 other States - they can  burn up!  It's the same as sticking your VCR outside and expecting it to work for more then a year.  We have overcome this by incorporating military technology.   All circuits are on one board,  and coated in a special epoxy-resin.  They are military type electronics and are covered for a full five years!!  This is High-Reliability with no service calls!  I have engineered service out of all my systems.

               The third problem was salt and water consumption.   We have achieved a 50% over-all savings by the use of a sophisticated computer program that can accept over 40 individual programs dedicated to your families water needs.  These along with about 20 other innovations put our system in a classification all  it's own.  No other unit compares,  at any price!    You get world-class top of the line products from AFS at warehouse prices.                    

                                                          A COMMON STORY

               I have installed every Water Conditioner/Softener  brand on the market in the past 25 years and I have never received the feed back like I get with the "pro-charger Specialist." power valves,  I receive at least 10 to 20 calls per month from my customers asking the same thing:  " My new Water Softener isn't using any salt - is this normal ?"  They had been  buying  hundreds of pounds  of salt a year for the old brand that I replaced,  and now they have a hard time getting used to a more relaxed regiment. I ask them (is your water soft?)  they  say it is better then ever!  you will just have to get used to not lugging big bags of salt home.  The new computer program really does manage salt like never before.   Don't settle for the "old brand" it's being marketed by every vender in every store.   We can offer this High-Tech machine at a warehouse price since we don't have the 20 grand+ over head every month others have.  If they can save 150 dollars on every Softener sold they do it.   Service calls from generic softeners generate additional income for them!   and believe it -there are at least six brands sold under hundreds of names that can create repair dollars for an army of technicians.  I rarely if ever go on a service call,  I build my machines to last.  This makes for great business.
